Shipping Policy

At Self Love Cosmetics, we believe in making your shopping experience as effortless as your beauty routine. We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

1. Shipping Territory

We ship exclusively to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Military & Diplomatic Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We are honored to support our service members. We ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses via USPS Standard Shipping.

Delivery Times: While we process these orders within our standard timeframe, transit to military bases can vary significantly (ranging from 15–45 days) depending on the location and military mail processing.
Tracking: Tracking visibility may be limited once the package leaves the U.S. and enters the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA) system.

3. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (product launches or holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping: FREE on all domestic orders (Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS).
Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

5. Melt Warning (Seasonal)

Because our products are crafted with high-quality, sensitive ingredients, items such as lip balms or cream-based cosmetics may be affected by extreme heat during transit.

We recommend retrieving your package promptly upon delivery to ensure product integrity.
If your product arrives melted, please refer to Section 6.1 of our Terms of Service for guidance.

6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Self Love Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the order.

7. Missing or Lost Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Self Love Cosmetics is no longer responsible for the shipment.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or contact your local post office.
For suspected mail theft, we recommend filing a report with the carrier or local authorities.
