Return Policy Overview
We will gladly accept exchanges/returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment with valid receipt and/or order number. Product(s) must be unused or gently used and in its original packaging. We cannot take returns on overly used product(s). Overly used meaning that you return item(s) half way used to almost empty for example.
Discounted or sale item(s) are only eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. You must have valid receipt.
We do not refund or exchange product(s) not purchased through our website selflovecosmetics.com If you purchased our product(s) through a store, another website or third party company, please reach out to them for refunds/exchanges. If you purchased our product(s) through our Self Love Cosmetics POP-UP shops please email firstname.lastname@example.org with copy of your receipt within 30 days of receipt of shipment or go the our return link https://selflovebeauty.myreturnscenter.com/ You will have the same exchange/return policy as those who purchase through our website selflovecosmetics.com

Exchanges will be done for the product(s) of your choosing that are of equal value and available (in stock) on selflovecosmetics.com

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your exchange/return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
If you are returning item(s) that offered promotional free shipping, your refund will not be affected by shipping & handling cost.
Refunds will be credited to the original credit card use for payment. It may take from a couple of days to 10 business days depending on your creditor/bank.

Once the returned item(s) is received and approved, we will send a refund to the gift giver via its original form or payment. If exchange is approved, we will send exchanged item to gift giver.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver via its original form or payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
