RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Self Love Cosmetics, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a refund. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain fair business practices and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards: All gift cards (digital or physical) are final sale and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.

  • Opened Cosmetics: Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, swatched, or used.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events.

3. "Free Gift with Purchase" (GWP)

We want you to enjoy your Self Love surprises! If you received a free gift as part of a promotion (e.g., "Free Lip Gloss with orders over $50"), that gift is yours to keep.

  • No Return Required: You are not required to return the free gift if you choose to return the rest of your order.

  • Full Refund: No deductions will be made from your refund for the value of the free gift.

  • Fair Use: This policy is limited to one free gift per customer per promotion. We reserve the right to monitor return patterns to prevent abuse.

4. Bundles and Promo Sets

To receive a refund for items purchased as part of a "Bundle" or "Set," the entire set must be returned unopened. We do not offer partial refunds for individual items within a bundle.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email info@selflovecosmetics.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at info@selflovecosmetics.com with your order number.

  • Shipping: Except in cases of damage, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
